Overview & Context

As part of a consulting engagement, I supported the development of KPI dashboards, operational risk insights, and a structured roadmap to help leadership improve visibility and decision-making.

The Challenge

The organisation lacked a structured way to measure performance across its operations. Decision-making was largely reactive, with limited visibility into what was working, what wasn’t, and where resources should be prioritised.

Before State

Service impact data was collected in disconnected spreadsheets. Leadership had no single view of operational risks or progress against strategic objectives.

The Approach

I began by understanding the organisation’s structure, goals, and current reporting limitations through stakeholder discussions and document reviews.

What I Actually Built

I built a 3-tier reporting framework tracking input metrics (effort), output metrics (delivery), and outcomes (impact), alongside a 12-month implementation roadmap.

Solution & Impact

I developed a KPI framework and executive dashboard system tailored to the organisation’s needs. This included a clear hierarchy of KPIs linked to strategic objectives, dashboard layouts designed for leadership-level visibility, identification of operational inefficiencies and risk areas, and a structured roadmap for implementation and adoption.
